Our team at WSC believes in “Atithi Devo Bhav” (Sanskrit) which means that “Guest is God”.
At WSC we have a highly professional team that takes care of various aspects of Surrogacy. Since we provide a ‘One Stop Shop’ for all Surrogacy solutions, we require to have a highly skilled team that is able to co-ordinate & execute effectively at various levels.

The entire process of Surrogacy works at 3 levels. At each of these 3 levels there are trained Counselors/Case Managers, Co-ordinators & Social workers. Each of them are extensively trained to cater to their specific, well-defined responsibilities.

The respective team members at each of these 3 levels deal with the following:

1. Counselors are positioned at  H.O. & deal with IPs (intended parents)
2. Co-ordinators are positioned at hospitals & deal with IVF centres/ doctors
3. Social workers are positioned at Surrogate homes & deal with Surrogates & Egg donors

Moreover, there is extensive intra-level co-ordination that is required for each case amongst these 3 levels. The counselors remain in active touch with the IPs & try to respond to all the querries within 24 hours. The Co-ordinators are placed at the IVF centres & they provide an important link between the Counselors & Social workers. The Social workers take care of the surrogates at surrogate homes.

Since we are the only Corporate that provides Surrogate homes for the surrogates, therefore our team is able to ensure immaculate monitoring of the surrogates with respect to their food & nutrition, medicines, do’s & don’t’s, tests, personal hygiene & sanitation.

In addition to this we have a separate team of legal experts on our panel.

Apart from the above, our  network includes world renowned doctors/ hospitals (Apollo, Fortis, Max, Artemis, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, etc) for IVF procedures, ante natal & post natal care and deliveries.

We also offer a large database of high quality, healthy, fertile, pre- screened surrogate mothers.
